After ordering the shoes I realised that the carriage was almost as much as the shoes, I tried but was unable to cancel the order, on recieving the shoes in perfect condition they were far too small and certainly not the size stated I cannot return them as I would have to pay more again in carriage, I have written to both the company and to Amazon but have not yet had a reply. Due to the fact I have forgotton my password i have been unable to e-mail you about this althoughI have tried on numerous occasions. I hope someone may be able to help

As others have stated repeatedly and as I’ve now experienced myself, this shoe runs small, so definitely consider ordering one size up. Other than that, I have no complaints – the material seems fine, they are about as comfortable as I could expect given the height of the heel, and of course they look pretty good.

My teenage granddaughter asked me to buy her these pink patent pumps and she loves them. They fit perfectly. She’s going to buy a dress for the winter formal dance to match these pink patent pumps. That’s all I could get out of her.

These shoes are great although they do run a little small, but don’t most shoes these days, so I ordered a size up. A friend of mine had been looking for a nice pumps to fit her rather large foot. She is over 6 feet tall an any shoe over a size 10 is hard to find, especially a dress shoe. She had looked all over the place and then I found these at Amazon. I ordered them for her and she just loves them. They are a very nice dress shoe for a reasonable price and available using my Amazon Prime!
